Despite how many foreigners are in Onnut BTS I feel that there are not enough cafes.
But there is a gorgeous cafe on Soi Sukhumvit 56, near Onnut BTS that will probably succeed anywhere in Bangkok.
The cafe is called The T’s Room 56.

The Atmosphere of this cafe
All I can say, with my low vocabulary that this cafe is very fancy.
It seems like there is nothing but if you keep on walking Soi you’ll see a fancy house on your right.
There are many home type cafes so I can’t imagine what it’s going to look like in the inside for this one.
As I opened the glass door, a beautiful spacious room is spread in front of me.
I’m not sure but it seems like women would love the taste of the stylish interior with the cute looking furniture, plates and plants.
The various colors of each interior do not seem to match but for some reason they seem to unite well with the room.
I’m not really into interior and designs but doesn’t this look expensive and luxurious?
Even if it’s not expensive, the interior looks so luxurious.
But it might be a little too girly for a guy to walk in…
If that’s the case, just go grab a terrace seat.
The terrace is also fancy looking it is more similar to what normal people are used to.
You can smoke out here so if your a smoker, getting a seat out on the terrace may be a good option.
Another fancy looking table and seats out on the terrace but would probably be useless when it rains.
By the way, behind the terrace is the large house which seems to be the cafe owner’s house.
I couldn’t really see because of the plants but they had a pool in the yard.
Anyway, you should have a good idea on how fancy this cafe is.

The cafes’ ”guard dogs”; on the left is Latte and right is Pizzy.
They are probably just their dogs coming to work with them rather than calling them ”guard dogs”
Latte is especially friendly so it might be a nice cafe for all you dog lovers out there.
The T’s Room 56’s Menu
I will be going through the menu now.
Despite the fancy look of the cafe the prices are not that expensive.
It is a bit pricier than other places around here but the atmosphere fools you and makes you think the prices are not too high.
Since the cafes’ name is T’s Room 56 there are various tea leaves to choose from.
There are many types of tea which you can scent before choosing but I do not order anything other than iced coffee.
Since it is tearoom it might have been better for me to just order tea. The coffee was okay but a bit pricey.
I also ordered the cheapest dish which was a lasagna (200bahts)
It wasn’t plated well but it was sure tasty.
At T’s Room they serve afternoon tea as well so I might try it next time when I come here on a date.
Spending elegant weekends with luxurious items surrounding you
It’s a fancy cafe but they are only open on weekends.
The hours are from 11 am to 6 pm. So if you do not have the weekends off, you’ll probably never be able to come here.
But if you just want to relax at a comfy cafe on the weekends, I highly recommend this place.
There is a similar tea room near BTS Ari station called CHUANPISAMAI but this place is more luxurious.
I believe that the interior at T’s Room 56 would be well approved by women of any age. This might be a good place for kitty parties for all ages.
The day I went was on a Sunday morning and there were no people at all.
But I am sure this place will be packed with rich locals just relaxing in the afternoon.
At T’s Room, including the seats outside there were 35 with only 8 tables.
It might be better to come earlier if you plan on enjoying your drink seated.
The overview of The T’s Room 56
I’ve written a lot on this cafe but as a conclusion, this cafe is for mainly women and couples.
Coming here to just relax, have fun girl talking or just taking pictures for your Instagram is great.
The cafe does have WiFi and plug-ins but it doesn’t feel right to just come here and work.
If you want to work or study in a stylish atmosphere near Onnut, I will recommend Laff Cafe on Sukhumvit Soi 50. Please check it.
